Custom Paint

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to send my frame? I have put together a team and have a good idea of what I want, but I want a reputable place that will do a top-notch job and have a good turn-around time.

FYI I am painting a Felt RXC and a Specialized Epic....pictures will come once they are done!

Thanks for your help everyone!

Spectrum Powder Works in Colorado Springs. I would recommend them, they did a great job on my bike and the turn-around was less than 3 weeks.

Get a place that specializes or has had experience with bike frames. I took an old vintage classic steel frame to a really good automobile restoration place. They did wonderful work on vintage cars but my frame was second rate.

Apparently they need different nozzles, etc for a bike frame.

BTW, a good motorcycle paint place could likely do a good job.

Oh, yeah. I forgot about Spectrum -- and they even did work for me. Beautiful job on my then road bike, now my beater bike. Turn around time was quick, and the rate was good, too; $250 for a 3-color job, if memory serves.//d

Spectrum did a great job on my road bike. Two colors with name, but around $500.00 with shipping.
