Got it. How 'bout 'Viagra-profen' - a proprietary blend of Viagra and ibuprofen. Amazing product, not only does it reduce inflammation, but it causes it, too. Make sure you spell my name right on the patent application.

On a more serious note, I once heard tell of somebody who swore by liquefied pecan pie as a gel alternative. No kiddin' - this was overheard in a TA somewhere. This guy said his nutritionist friend recommended it as it has the ideal mix of sugar and fat - just put it in a blender with a little water to reduce viscosity, and voila. Seems like an awful thing to do to a perfectly good pecan pie, but damn I bet it tastes great.

See, a transdermal patch for intake of CHO is no darn good. It takes away from... welll... eating! I use my bar/gu breaks on the bike as intervals to break the insanity of long rides, especially on the trainer. And once someone makes peanut butter flavored GU? There's just no way I'd pass that up!

I'd want to be careful with the PB gu. You don't want to eat a lot of something that is almost, but not quite, peanut butter. Because then you might go off real PB, and that would be a bad thing. That's why I stopped eating honey stinger gels. I love honey, but I was afraid they would put me off.
