I would contact Peter at Zedsport (the USA importer of Planet-X stuff). He would like know or be able to find out an average weight. They are outside of San Francisco. Remember, all Planet-X wheels are also hand laced by the same guy who laced up Lanis' wheels :)

Are they the same wheel?

I run a BR 100 and BR rear disk. I'm very happy with the set up.

blackwell and planet x both have great wheels.... a bit different....

blackwell as a 50mm 100mm 200mm and disc
PX 50mm(different rim) 82mm 101mm and disc

have ridden all of them and they are all top of the line wheels.... i dont know of anything better for quality....not even the more expensive brand....

Typical wheel weight - Front :: 770g, Rear :: 945g

yep...make sence...depends on the spoke choice and hubs... mine is 690 front 82mm and 890 rear 101mm
