I live on Long Island and I am looking to do some tris. I need a motivator to get off of my fat @ss. Does anyone know where I can find a list like this?

I would def try those sites, but also www.longislandtricoach.com and www.metrotri.com are other good sites. Not just sched's but good tri resources for the area
