The Real Epic Camp
Began today in New Zealand. Well, actual training begins tomorrow.

Coverage on http://www.ironmantalk.com/Podcast.html with a good interview with Gordo and Molina, plus rumor has it that there may be diary or two on www.epiccamp.com.

Aside from the podcasts on ironmantalk.com, the boys may have some blog entries (not yet though) and photos (day 1 is up). You can link to all from here http://www.epiccamp.com/newzealand07/index.html.

listened to the podcast today on my lunchtime run. Scott and Gordo got it figured out.

Along with my 5 yr plan to get to Kona is a 4 year plan to get strong enough to do an Epic Camp.
