I don't work for them, but I was in exactly the same position as you a week ago (contacting them about a possible training plan and camp for the first time) and their replies were extremely fast, so I would guess they aren't available right now.

Every review I've seen has them as quick answerers too.

Thanks. I sent the first email on 12/5 and the follow up email on 12/18...neither one has a response. Wonder if they are blocking/going into junk email?!

They may have fallen victim to the same type of e-mail problems we have with spam and promo e-mail crashing their e-mail system.
