For a non-intel machine, use Virtual PC. The emulator works quite well.

For an intel machine, you'll need to install Windows XP with Parallel (or similar product). I like parallel because you don't have to re-boot to run.

I post this without actually running Polar's software, but with experience running windows based programs on different mac's. I know others who have run Polar's software on a mac this way.

Try eBay......as far as I know...it is not downloadable. Also, it is no longer supported by anyone.

I have a copy.......it is passable on a Mac.
