Riding Advice.....
Ok, so I had a conversation at the pool this morning with a couple of people and was inspired to say the following regarding riding indoors:

If you've ever been on rollers, and you've stopped riding them because you couldn't balance, then you NEED to ride rollers and NOT a trainer. You can get all the resistance you need out of rollers unless you are a sprinter (do they give time bonus' for winning town sign sprints in a tri?). You will also learn how to ride in a straight line....a skill sorely lacking in many triathletes.....

Agreed. When I consistently ride them over the winter, I can ride a very straight line in the spring. But i wouldn't want to rely solely on rollers all winter.
