Is the ruling that all CE helmets are legal at Kona the same for Clearwater 70.3?

You'll have to email them, or wait and see. What got posted for Kona was that the Kona race got a rules change for other helmets. I don't think anything has come out to say that the same is true for the 70.3 championship.
The answer has been posted out on the website. If you're an international athlete, you can wear CE or other standard approved by your federation. US athletes need to wear CPSC.
