I have it working. You need to download Windows Media Player for Mac.

Go here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/mac/mp9/default.aspx

I tried just installing the extensions for Quicktime, but it didn't work. Install the media player instead.

What type of file extension is it? It should run by itself if it's a .dmg file. Stuff-it Expander should work for zip/rar/etc files.

As dmpeak says you'll need Stuffit Expander to open a .sitx file.

It'd a free download here: http://www.stuffit.com/mac/expander/index.html

Do you have Stuff-it Expander? I believe it came w/ my Mac. That's their new file compression type Expander should work with it.
