I just looked at the 2007 calendar for LC duathlons and I can understand John McGovern's reluctance to set a date for the AmZof 2007.

7/8/07 Blackwater Traverse Du in Cambridge MD 3 slots to USAT TeamUSA

8/26/07 Powerman Zofingen Switzerland

9/29/07 Powerman OH, USAT LC DU [b]Nationals[/b] 6 slots/age group to USAT teamUSA

10/21/07 ITU Long Course [b]World Championships[/b] Richmond VA.

He feels that June is too early to have the training in for the AmZof and he obviously doesn't want to interfere with these other big events.

I say father's day Sunday. Make it a family affair.
