did a similar thing in 2002. I did Moo, then went to watch my friend do his first marathon. Figure that I'd jump in and run with him while taking pictures of him on the course... 17 miles later we were at the finishline.

Go for it... outside of the weather, it's a really fun course.

Ugg...
that sucks.

Not that being sick is good, but the weather is gonna not be the best. Last year was great for the runners, but my girlfriend froze spectating.
