took this yesterday morning, was drug to practice with my g/f. i guess its payback for making her go to my race this morning, here is my pic from the race, i am the one on the left.

it was a biathlon relay, talked my dad into doing the run, we ended up winning, those that did the columbus marathon, i feel the pain from the cold, my face was wind burned like non other.
