Neat new bike part

I am setting up my GF on a Cervelo p2c 51c m... I had a bunch of spacers on help it fit her, although I don't like spacers on the bike.(the 51cm has a 90mm head tube same as the p3). I bought a Ritchey adjustable stem (of which I was very doubtful about) and it works great. A small weight penalty (total stem 220g) gives a wide range of adjustment. On a road bike I would not think it applicable but I know that I will change my position more often on a tt bike- (bar height) depending on my current state of flexability or even for a particular race course (higher for hills). So this turned out to be a neat tool that I think is not widely used.
