Dear all,

I will be in Kona during race week and will be going to the Kona Aquatic Center to coach swim workouts over the week. Therefore, I would like you all to come and join us in doing an organized swim workout on Tuesday and Wednesday at 9AM.

If you're thinking about showing up, I would appreciate if you could drop me a note, so that I can have an idea of how many people will show up.

See you in Kona!

That's a cool thing to do Paulo. All this Kona talk is making me rethink my decision to turn down the slot at LP.

I guess the ST crowd that is going to be in Kona can use this to guage if you are a "good" coach or just a "Flavour of the day" :)

Paulo, very cool idea and I would love to but we won't get there until Thursday afternoon but I am sure we will see you around. God knows I could use some instruction :)

I believe he's doing the clinic to drum up participants for the 4k swim-75mile bike-20 mile run he's assigning to Sergio two days before the race.
