USE Aerobars
Has anyone had a close look at these? I know a few UK TT'ers have been testing them. I wonder if they are usable for triathlons where you may have a few hills, bends etc or if they are really only for time trialling or non technical courses. How comfortable is are the ends for climbing etc and what would the braking/downhill position be like? I am guess they would n't feel to secure on a mounster downhill?

I saw these at Interbike and I think they are very, very nice. I wager with a little (very little) practice you could corner and climb on them like a demon. They weigh nothing and they look rather streamlined. Very, very interesting.

Thanks Tom, I managed to have a look at them today I think you are right climbing grip seemed compairable to Heds and I am sure that braking will not be a problem. The new Ovals and Zipps look nice to but I must say the USE's are my favourites of the New bars.

They really look very nice indeed and unfortunately there are only a few of them out there. It was nice to understand that USE thought of us as great cool tri company to show them off at Interbike.

Many thanks. Now seeing them, I recognize the design. Brake lever positioning just seems a little... wrong. Kind of like the death levers from years ago...
