That's what I have.
Put 155 on my P3 in 2014 (from 165). Last year moved to 165 on road and mtb and it felt amazing as well as giving me some great race results.

If going shorter for you was better why did not go shorter to the point it starts to become a negative? This is one thing o would love to find with numbers in my testing

I actually did this February. I tried 145 for a month. I did several all out efforts at various intensities and looked at GPA and GPR are for both legs. Also took some blood lactate samples. 145's just felt like so much more work at higher intensities and the jump between gears was even more exaggerated than 155's which I didn't like. In the end, I like the position I was able to achieve with the 155's so I put them back on.
