Greipel or Kittel.
I am not sure about Kittel this year, he has shown a difficulty in hanging on in hard races even without any elevation. Opening stage sure, with all the climbing this year i would be very surprised to see Kittel make it to Paris. Greipel has been very strong this year and is an all around cyclist who can hang till Paris.
This has a lot of potential for Sagan this year as well, just depends how much he is marked. Honestly Sagan could circle 10+ stages this year as real options for a W if things go his way.
Cav is a good bet for the first few stages, but he will drop out after the first week. He has looked extremely fast lately.
