Air Relax Recovery Compression: $50 off purchase of $300 or more with coupon code: 8XY145V (VALID 11/23/2017 11:30PM PST - 11/27/2017 11:59PM PST). System is roughly $400 so this brings it down to about $350 depending on what size you get. They also have new hip shorts and I have a pair but I haven't had a chance to test them out. For those with an Air Relax already, they came out with a carrying case for it back in August. Recently, I wrote up a short post with some pics, you can always save the 5% on that included in the post

Normatec $100 off ($200 off in total) bringing the total for a Pulse system down to $1295. Good until the end of December. I think the following pre-populates the coupon code, but if not enter RecoverFaster17 at checkout and it will bring it down to $1295. And btw, this is the new 2018 Pulse. Battery has been reworked not to drain while away from AC adapter. The boots were also reinforced further to make them stronger and with that they were able to bump the warranty up to 2 years.I can't comment on the 2018 Pulse as I don't have one but this is what I have been told.

Other Non-Black Friday Deals - Good for anytime in 2017

BlueSeventy - 25% off your purchase using coupon code: b70ThomasGerlach17

AthleteBloodTest - 10% off your purchase using coupon code: bloodtest10. For those that are not aware ABT is a "wellness" testing service for your blood. Their doctor (Dr. Rock) is still involved but insurance usually doesn't cover this I wrote up a little more about the service and included my own blood test results if anyone is curious. The Q2 blood labs report

MgSport - 15% off MgSport with Coupon Code: TGMS2017 - available only on Amazon, there is a spot in the normal checkout of Amazon to put in coupon codes but can't do it with 1-click.

ZMG (also by MgSport) - 20% off ZMG with coupon code: THOMAS77 Basically same mag but it has some added zinc as well.

https://www.wheelandsprocket.com/...riday-2017-pg323.htm

Use "BlackFarley" at checkout. I looked at the Trek Farley 5 and it came out to $1,433 with shipping and taxes. This was a little over 20% off.

For those interested, I've collected a massive pile of largely sports-tech focused things (GPS watches, trainers, cycling gadgets, sensors, etc...):

http://www.dcrainmaker.com/deals2017

Best tri-specific tech deals include: Garmin FR920XT for $199, FR735XT for $299, and the existing Fenix 5 deal for $100 off. Suunto GPS watches for 30% off, and the Polar V800 for $100 off.

You won't see the FR935 on sale this year. Sad Panda. Do however expect to see additional sales not yet listed show up both Thurs and Friday, some have specific go-live dates.

The closeout is on the 25-28 mm size. I think that there is a batch of defective Vittoria tubes in that size - earlier this year I had four of them split at the edge of the grommet at the base of the valve. Eventually I put in a 23mm tube with no problems.

Uh-oh. I bought some of the 25-28 tubes so I'll see how it goes. The 19-23 size sold out yesterday. They had Challenge latex tubes on closeout for $7.98 but I grabbed the last one in the 29-38 size.

I just saw an interesting one floating around for a 200 dollar garmin 520 .

The list price is 250 at amazon (https://www.amazon.com/...WMC8%2Cp_89%3AGarmin)

But, they are running a special that if you pway with an amazon prime card, they will give 20% cashback.

So, 199 for a garmin 520 (requires amazon prime and a free amazon prime credit card).

Nice find on an item that you can never find discounted. Is this discount on Prime something new as it seems rather discrete. I see the little information icon below but they certainly aren't advertising this. Regardless in for 1 as mine is on the fritz and is also cracked.

So, the amazon prime card is normally 5% everything.
I got some email saying there is a big list of things for 20%
https://www.amazon.com/b?node=17413712011&ref=syfapscturkey5

Not sure I have ever seen them do a discount like this before

And btw, the 520 is now down to 237 + 20% cash back for 187.

I don't see anything in the cart either.

Yes they do charge more for larger sizes. In fact, unfortunately their manufacturer costs are on the rise again and their prices are likely going up as well at the start of the year so this is surely the lowest price you are going to see.

As for the reason for the rise, I am not sure if it is currency thing or what but they are not making any money on boots still as it is more of get the word out sort of thing and get adoption. Rapid Reboot is a similar product, albeit made in China in and not Korea and look at their price, about $1000, so they have a huge margin because they cost a little less to make than Air Relax in Korea.

However, if you look at Air Relax Instagram / Facebook they are really picking up a lot of stream and reaching that critical mass. But that is why they charge more for larger boots, they are more expensive to make and there is more material and they pass that on with razor thin margins. They were selling the size 2 boots, when size 2 was the only size at a small loss. I know they invested a lot of money into the hip shorts and getting FDA approval as well.

I don't tend to follow Ceramic Speed unfortunately, so not sure there.

Quarq had 20% off deals via Clever Training last Friday and in previous weeks. I'm not aware of anything at present unless you find a specific 10 or 20% off coupon for a retailer that might have it (i.e. Competitive Cyclist, etc...). So I'd start by digging at sites that sell SRAM stuff but also have flat-rate coupons today.

Funny you should ask. I got them yesterday and used them for about an hour and I am wearing them now as I reply to your post. So far I am very pleased. I tried the Normatec product a couple of times at the IMFL expo. These seem to be every bit as good. I have no idea if they do anything for recovery, but I enjoy wearing them. As you know, they have four pressure levels. Level III is all I can handle. If I don’t get the tips of my feet sticking out of the shoe portion, the pressure on my metatarsals it’s more that I can take. It literally feels like it could crush them. Thanks again.
