I am 165 cm as well and looked at the fitting guide for this bike - interesting. The recommended break point between XS (650) and S (700) is 170 cm / 5'7". Hard to imagine everyone smaller than 5'7" / 170 cm on a 650 wheel bike! But this is a rare option of a high end race bike for those who don't fit well on frames with 700c wheels. Good find!
