That's clearly the disadvantage of having moved from a world where bike parts mostly adapt to a few standards to one where everything is proprietary and custom.
At the same time, what's "anything" in your question? These bikes are made to be highly customisable without touching the basebar.
And you wouldn't/couldn't buy these bicycles to swap out the frontend anyways.
To be honest, that's nearly the same with the other non DTC brands. You'd have to bring the bicycle to a mechanic who knows that model well.
