today's excuse for short workout: gave blood yesterday
4.2 mi run 37 and change
625 yd swim, primary goal to do some breaststroke and make my hips move in the lateral plane

100 swim
50 kick
150 swim
50 kick
275 swim


Month total is a whopping 13,950 yards. whoops.

maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine
