But after I did a very hard warm up 2000 set, I proceeded to do 4x(50@1;00/100easy at 2;30) fly/breast/back/free From a push, no lane lines or gutters and just barley catching my breath before each one. Oh ya, swam crazy crooked on back, but no excuses...
