SRAM R2C vs Zipp R2C

Hi,

I have a pair of SRAM R2Cs and Zipp R2Cs. They look like they are structurally identical apart from the lever. Is there actually any difference between these apart from cosmetics (and maybe some very minor drag differences)?

Would anyone recommend one over the other?
