Who's going to be there? It's my first 70.3 and I'm pretty stoked (and a little nervous about the unknown of a longer distance).

Main question:

My wave is the first wave off at 6:35 AM. I'll be towards the front on the bike, but will we hit the olympic traffic on the bike (oly race starts at 8:00 AM)?
