100's on 1:35, target 1:16.00 or better (1000 race pace)
1st fail @ 13 (rest an interval)
2nd fail @ 18 (rest an interval)
set failed @ 20

200 EZ

2x(4x25 on :30) @ 100 race pace (1 min rest between)

200 EZ

(I use a SportCount finger Stopwatch to get accurate touch times on every repeat)
