There don't seem to be any GS markings on it.I measured the cage length of a Shimano road 6800 "GS" rear derailleur cage. It's right about 86mm from jockey wheel center to jockey wheel center. There's no known markings on the actual cage, so you're stuck measuring it if you want to be sure you have a GS rear derailleur.
Edit: The SS short cage version measured ~60mm from jockey wheel center to jockey wheel center on a 5800 - no picture because I didn't feel like taking the derailleur off.
