2016, yes it's an 11 speed, 53/39 chain rings and an XL. I'm 6'4" and leggy. Shiv was one of only a couple bikes that had the right specs after I got fit by trishop. I'm also in Plano. If you have more questions you can message me on Facebook messenger if you would like.
