omg thank you - I have tried yaktrax and hated them/ineffective esp with any slush buildup. I will definitely look for a pair of these!

FWIW, here's what my cleats looked like on Monday's ride - when ever I had to walk any iced patches - I had to stop and dig the slush/ice out to be able to cleat in.
