The "dick move" being referenced is that Hideano posted to another seller's listing with a similar (new) item for sale and completely hijacked the original post. It looks as though it has been deleted since that time, unfortunately, as Hideano obviously felt guilty.
And yes you're right, TECHNICALLY Wahoo's MAP is not being violated. But what is being done here is against the spirit of MAP and is undercutting any retailer in the USA or used seller here on this forum.
