I alternate between wearing my tights (which have no pad) under and over my bibshorts and I was curious as to what others did and why?

It seems that if your tights don't have a pad, you would want the tights over the shorts so that the pad in the shorts is where it belongs... on you.

All the pros, however, wear their tights under their bibshorts.

What do y'all think?
