These are some average numbers from 15 non-GC contenders on flat and mountain stages. Takes some pulling at the front of a tour peloton..
You're really backing me up, the original post was AVERAGE power for one hour and 15 minutes of 343W, no one is doing double that for the same time period. His average heart rate was 170, so I'm guessing it wasn't an "easy ride"
