Great thank you so much!!! There have been a number of changes made to my fit, nothing major but it is a more aggressive position. Since I barely ride my TT I don't have a proper Retul fit like on my roadie. Will do that when new bike comes.

Pictures from last weekend (still on same bike nearly 5yrs later) rode a 58:30, 1.50min slower than Tim Odonnell who won the Olympic Distance.
