Is it your MO to just continue throwing ridiculous, low ball offers out? The thing about this forum, as compared to a place like Craigslist, is that it's a bunch of people with a common interest and there's a bit of shared support and community in that. Deals here are typically already pretty damn fair and people reasonable to work with. Throwing asinine low ball offers out isn't really what it's about here. If you want the best deal possible and want to be shrewd as hell in the process, that's great, but it's great elsewhere than a place that's done well to have a good culture of shared buyer & seller respect.
