My recommendation would be a DSW bento and a hacked up P4 bottle vs. the Torhans for a flat kit near your BB.
Edit: do you have a down tube mount? use the Torhans on the downtube w/ profile extender thingy to get it snug in your BB
Muck around with the Torhans 30 mounting system... there are ways to get it lower and closer to the HT
