Just did the firmware update to my G3 hub as outlined on the website as I was having issues with the hub going to sleep. Well, as soon as the update completed PowerAgent no longer recognizes the hub, and it appears to be dead, my garmin head unit can't find it either. Have tried multiple batteries. No one is answering the 800 number on the website. Is there another number I can try to get this resolved? With the exception of the odd sleep issue the hub has performed flawlessly and I would like to have it back!

Edit - realized that PowerAgent would still recognize the hub (no s/n info tho) with no battery installed, after multiple firmware update attempts it finally works again. Still not sure why no one answers the phone though!
