Hincapie left Bruyneel at the end of 2006. He went to team Highroad, which had a strict anti-doping position. There was also some hiccup with Discovery's Tour de France performance in 2006. The whole team sucked.
I cannot remember when Barry left Bruyneel.
EDIT: Just looked it up. Barry went to Highroad with Hincapie.
