Went to a bike shop this morning. Got the urge to buy a QR Kilo. I currently ride a Softride Powerwing with 650 wheels. I would like to buy this QR Kilo, it is a size 55 cm.
My question is how do I know which wheel size will work for me, size 700 or size 650?
will I screw up my training if I train with a 700 and race with 650
I am currently 5'9'' tall, if that helps.
