Flat tire and Tridoc3, Thanks, from asking around the consensious is to go real easy coming back to training and honestly I don't mind missing this season if I don't have to deal with this again. Can I do anything other than physically be in the best shape possible before I have this done? Are there any vitamins or supplements that promote healing? Thanks again
