"Massive Head Wound Harry" - skit where Dana Carvey shows up at a formal dinner party with a large piece of his scalp missing, grossing out the other guests. At one point he complains of being tired from all the blood loss and lies down on the white sofa, getting blood stains all over it. The kicker is when a dog comes on stage and starts licking the huge head wound (they obviously put dog food or meat in it) but then starts eating it and trying to pull it away. Dana Carvey is trying to keep the dog from pulling the wig with the wound off and says "He must smell my dog!" The camera cuts to Kevin Nealon, Phil Hartman and guest host Kirstie Alley, all who are trying their hardest not to laugh when finally Hartman just loses it and walks off.

I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard the first time I saw it, have seen it a few other times and it is still just as funny.

I love the Peyton Manning commercial from a few years back....he ends up swearing at all the little kids because they don't know how to play football. Very funny!

There is an old one where Rosanna Anna Danna is on the news and talking about boogers that just cracks me up.

And, Eddie Murphy "Kill My Landlord".

Land Shark is a classic as are the Coneheads.

Can you tell I like the old stuff?

The barry gibb talk show kills, the one with arianna huffington and al franken was gold.

Also, the whole norm mcdonald as bob dole on the real world. And the great phil hartman as the unfrozen caveman lawyer. Jepardy, with will ferrell as alex trebeck. Are a few that I remember.

There were some now obscure marty short segments in interviews as a crooked kid's toy manufacturer...an extension of Dan Ackroyd's from years earlier, but Short was actually a ton funnier. He was about the only thing good about that era.

Halfwits..recreated perhaps using a different name on SNL, but done originally in SCTV.

Among some of the new stuff, anything Sofa King!

I think Tina Fey ranks among modern comic geniuses Mike Meyers, Steve Martin, Robin Williams, and Martin Short ...truly brilliant people. (I put John Candy in there too, I'm sure if he lived longer, today more people would agree with me).

I'm eager to see what Tina Fey does beyond 30Rock.

I always like their commercial interludes. 3 that come to mind are the Love Toilet, Colon Blow the cereal, and Chris Farley doing Hibernol. Totally hilarious.

"Whatcha Bench" or whatever it was called. The one where Farley, Sandler, Sugar, and Emilio Estavez are "drug-free" weightlifters with their own talk show.
