Well, there it is, Pitts up 3-1 in the first. Bets? Anybody?

EDIT: CBJ tie it up with <30s to go to force OT. Unbelievable.

Great game! I'm convinced CBJ will pull the upset of these playoffs to date (until the Habs sweep the bRuins in second round).

What a game! Blue Jackets owned Pittsburgh out shooting them 46-25. Even though the winner might have been weak if not for Flury it would have been over in the second.

I am still holding out hope for the Wings to pull off the upset, and for the Booins to take the long sad walk of shame. Would rather see the Red vs Red Original Six match up.

And yes, CBJ upsetting the Penguins would be EPIC!

Fleury has been known to have massive brain farts in key games. This game was no different.

I give you this shining example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJmhM0pvpOo

I'm renovating someone's house right now, adding a second story above their garage, and noticed something peculiar about their neighbours. They have a massive bruins flag flying in their front yard, bruins posters in the window, and their house is even painted in bruins colours with yellow christmas lights up. I noticed the wife pulling up in her car the other day, and she got out wearing a bruins jacket. On Good Friday I was working and the husband comes up to say hi and shoot the breeze a little, and sure enough, he's wearing a bruins hat, t-shirt, and shorts. It turns out he's a huge collector of Bruins collector items, and there was some local news coverage about him during the Canucks/Bruins final in '11. My apprentice and I decided that if the Bruins make it to the next round we are going to fly the biggest Habs flag we can on the addition, which will be a good 15' taller then their Bruin's flag. Should be interesting =).

Long Chile was a silly place.

EXCELLENT! PM me the location of this house so I can go de-Bruin-ify it.

Unbelievable game and experience. CBJ Season ticket holder since the beginning and have been to a lot of sporting events. The atmosphere last night was the best I have ever experienced, I thought the roof was coming off that place....and we WON !

Winning the series is still unthinkable but damn...best of 3 now.

Looked like a great scene to be a part of. First playoff win: Check. First playoff HOME win: Check. First playoff SERIES win: TBD. Fingers crossed.

They could easily be up 3-1 in the series as Pittsburgh looked beatable in Game 1 and Fleury didn't look solid in net (always a concern with him in the post-season). CBJ playing well even without Nathan Horton in the lineup.

Some days I am just baffled that he has his name on the Stanley Cup.

What I find truly amazing is how intense the playoffs are. These guys go deep in the pain cave...every game. Just amazing and unlike any of the other big pro sports.

Agreed. So intense. especially the playoffs. especially OT.

Blackhawks/Blues have now traded OT 4-3 victories in 3 out of 4 games. Last nights was a nail biter. Patrick Kane comes up huge after pounding one off the crossbar earlier in OT. Even with the 2 Crawford let in in the 2nd to allow St. Louis the tie, I think he outdueled Miller in this game.

Looking more and more like a Habs/Bruins date in the second round. The Wings cannot keep up, and look to be one game away from hitting the links.

That game looked over in the first period where they came out flying and threw everything at Rask, who was solid in net and kept the Bruins in it. You could see Detroit's game sag as soon as Krug got the first goal where they played back on their heels afterwards rather than continuing to take the game to the Bruins. Their one last gasp was Abdelkader's breakaway early in OT where Rask stoned him, Bruins dominated the peiod after that and ultimately got the win.

"once was" rather than the "what is"... sounds more like an Oiler's fan to me... which by the way is way worse than a Canadiens and Flames fan combined.

No Blackhawks fans on the board. Because the defending champs just stuck a major crimp In the Blues chances at advancing tonight. Miller, how does Toews backhand look? 3-2 going back to Chicago. Game 6 will be telling.

Its now a prom date. Habs vs. Bruins. NHL playoffs would not feel complete if these two did not meet at some point.
It will be LEGEN.., wait for it, DARY!

Krejci vs. Pacioretty
Chara vs. Subban

Jackets are still in it but now its a real long shot. They took everything Pittsburgh has , 50+ shots, home ice and still had a chance to win.
