POSITION
We are seeking a full-time employee to join our rapidly growing sales division. This role would be suitable for an experienced, driven, and self-motivated sales representative with prior successful experience.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact professionally and effectively contact a minimum of 80 existing customers per day
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating information
Take, process, and track customer orders
Collect, analyze, and report customer product feedback
Exceed and surpass targeted sale goals
Prospect new accounts for your territory
Provide support to your customer database for events and races
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in sales, account management, and/or customer service
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel with exposure to the Internet
Ability to exercise discretion and independent decision-making
Must be creative and possess strong conceptual thinking ability
Must be a self-starter, self-managed, motivated and have the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Preferably a triathlete
· Retail experience
· Capable of multitasking

Must be 18 years or older
