I know this is a stretch. I just got a new bike after 10 years and my old clip-ons are for the old 26cm handlebar width while the new bars are 31.8.

Anyone like a trade or getting rid of 31.8 syntace C2's. I think mine are size medium, still have the box, allen wrench, AND the yo-yo!! I'll include new tennis racket tape if needed.

Syntace makes an adapter for a 26 - 31.8 conversion, but everyone seems to be out of them. I don't think it's available anymore.
