I have a lightly used HRM and strap that came with my TomTom multi-sport watch. It's been used less than 20 times. Works perfectly and strap is clean. I never had a problem connecting to my Bluetooth Smart watch or recording my HR. Both are black. The strap is one piece, elastic type (not the type with a connector).

Selling for $35 and I will ship in the CONUS. This is half the price of a new TomTom HRM and chest strap.

It is Bluetooth Smart so it should work with iPhone and other Bluetooth Smart devices (though I never tried it). It does not support ANT+.
