Brand new-- NEVER touched the road!
Clinchers
With brand new Specialized Mondo tires, 700x21c
No cassette
Skewers from Zipp are included, but they are not the carbon skewers.
$1850 including the tires

Great question. No clue. But since they are off a 2008 model, I could at least answer his initial question!

You gonna pony up and get yourself some sweet race wheels? I'm just too lazy to ebay them... but will shortly. Let me know if you're interested.

The 09 hubs are adjustable and dont have the carbon cap.
