No they are set up as 10 speed right now.

I have a set of Stinger 9s. 11sp campy so you don't need to do the 10-11 Shimano conversion.

I have a set of Planet X Pro Carbon 82/101's that I am going to list soon.They have Victoria tires glued to them with shimano dura ace 10s (might have an ultegra on it, forget which I put on my light wheels) on it (willing to sell with or without cassette). Forget if its a 11s hub or not but if you are interested I can take the cassette off and see if there is a spacer or not. Maybe 1500 miles total over the past 4 years. Only rode them ~100 miles last year since I moved back to MA and deep section tubs aren't for this area. I ride my stock light clinchers all the time now. Wheels are true, no damage, no cracks, never crashed, tight spokes. I'm willing to sell or trade them for clinchers. Photos available if interested
