New frame is bb30 and i have an ultegra 6800 crankset. Anyone have a bb that will help me out? rather have a one piece than an adapter. Thanks!!

I have the Wheels Mfg adapter cups, they worked great for a cheap solution.

I purchased the Praxis BB conversion for my Cannondale Synapse. It's by far, the absolute best conversion kit out there if you want to run Shimano on BB30. Be careful that you aren't running a BB30A or some other weird non-normal BB30 setup. Kind of pricey -- but...you get what you pay for in this case.

But a new one has brand new bearings and warranty from company. Sometimes it's worth paying the extra few bucks (IMO)
I have one for my shiv from praxis works running ultegra 6800. its awesome.
