WTB: cheap carbon tubular rims, 28h rear
Anybody have some older rims laying around that need hubs or you just want to sell cheaply? I have a 28h PT hub that I just got back from Saris, and I'm looking to build it into a set of carbon tubulars. ~50-58mm preferred, I want to build a reasonably light wheelset and I already have clincher carbons.

Check Ebay, I bought a set for 50mm rims $200.00 and was very happy with them!! I've seen singles for sale as well. They shipped directly from China and I got them in less than a week.

I actually have been eyeing those and if I don't find something lighter/cheaper, I'll probably buy a set. Did you happen to weigh yours and were they close to the quoted weights?

I did, and if I recall correctly the came in slightly under weight. I am very pleased with them. They trued very easily and are still true after over 500 miles so far...no adjustments required.

Here's a pic of the project I built them for. I badged them as Eastons to match the rest of the bike ;-)
