The 5/4/3/2 is much warmer. Good for training swims.

The tri-specific is much more flexible, but not as thick, so less warm.

I have a QR XL thats in pretty good shape.
For the OP, I go 6'2", 225, that QR XL fits like a glove, if the price is right, that would be a good way to go.
