i've got an old pair of used, northwave limited edition evolution road shoe (swank stars & bars motif!), NW made these to commemorate "fast" freddy rodriguez's USPRO championship. 43 (fits more like a 43.5), 2 bolt, old-style SPD carbon sole. these shoes are well used, msrp $300. again these are used but they'd make a great shoe to experiment with, beater shoe, or a swank shoe for spin class, $35 shipped to you.
